Location: Chicago, IL - hybrid role

Overview Our client that is conveniently headquartered West of Chicago, IL is a privately held women-owned, full-service pallet management firm, providing a full array of pallets, crates, lumber, and related services to manufacturing, OEM, distribution, construction, and logistics companies nationwide.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets

Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain pricing and strategy

Utilize data-driven insights for forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making

Base + Commission = $250k-$275k

Variable Commission = $

401K (eligible after 6 months of employment)
