Our client is a homebuilder specializing in 55+ lifestyle communities and customized new construction homes. They’re seeking an experienced New Home Sales Counselor to own the on-site sales experience and consistently deliver strong results in a lead-supported environment. This role is ideal for a proven new home salesperson who knows how to convert traffic, follow up with discipline, and guide buyers from first visit through settlement. What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact from initial visit through closing Convert traffic and appointments into agreements of sale Conduct strong discovery to understand buyer motivations and objections Deliver a high-touch, consultative customer experience Work CRM daily: engage new and existing leads, log activity, and manage follow-up Coordinate closely with marketing, design, community leadership, and on-site teams Maintain model homes and welcome center to brand standards Stay current on competitor communities, resale programs, and financing options What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of new home sales experience (strongly preferred) Track record of consistent production and follow-through Consultative selling style (not order-taking) High personal accountability and activity discipline Strong communication, organization, and professionalism Comfortable in a team-selling environment Base salary $65,000 (ramp period provided) OTE $200,000+ Sign-on bonus for proven top performers Commission plan with strong upside for producers Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO
