Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist, based in Fort Lee, NJ. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team through various tasks such as managing sales operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing customer service inquiries, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the team. The individual will also assist in analyzing sales data to enhance operational efficiency and provide support in client-centric initiatives aimed at building and nurturing customer relationships. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure excellent client experiences Proficiency in Communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients Experience with Sales Operations and supporting sales teams to achieve their goals Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess data and identify opportunities for improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
