
Selling District Sales Manager

I’m looking for high-energy, positive, driven people in the St Louis and surrounding area— the kind who want more than just a job and are excited about building a career. If you’re interested in Outside Sales Management and like being out in the field, learning an industry, and growing something of your own, this could be a great fit.
You’ll start by learning our products and our business hands-on, developing a sales territory and building real relationships with customers and prospects. From there, we grow together — adding new sales talent and building out a district as your leadership skills develop.
This is a customer-facing, field-based role, Monday through Friday. You’ll spend your time coaching your team through ride-alongs, sharing best practices, and helping each person build and grow their own territory. We work hard, but we also value balance — this role offers a strong work/life rhythm.
Compensation includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, and expenses.
