
Regional Sales Manager – Water Infrastructure (AZ / NV)

This role covers Arizona and Nevada, selling advanced underground piping and conduit systems into municipal water and wastewater projects. You’ll work directly with utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors - driving specification-led sales on real infrastructure programmes.
You don’t need to be a career salesperson.
You do need to understand how projects get specified, designed, and delivered.
This suits:
Technical sales professionals in water / wastewater
Engineers, PMs, or consultants moving into a commercial role
People comfortable owning a territory and building long-term relationships
Ideally based in AZ or NV (or close enough to cover it properly).
What you’ll be doing:
Owning and growing an AZ/NV territory
Building relationships with municipalities and consulting engineers
Driving specs through design and into construction
Representing products known for quality and performance
Working with real autonomy — no micromanagement
