
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, identifying opportunities for expansion, and aligning with overall business goals. Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client companies. Sales & Growth:
Drive revenue growth, manage pricing, negotiate contracts, and close deals by understanding and proposing innovative solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (Technical, Supply Chain, R&D, Operations) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and fulfill commitments. Customer Advocacy:
Act as the voice of the customer internally, communicating needs and feedback to refine strategies and offerings. Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast sales, and ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and responsiveness metrics. Technical Expertise:
Leverage deep product and industry knowledge (e.g., metals, packaging, chemicals) to provide compelling value propositions. Qualifications
Proven experience in key account management within manufacturing or a related industrial field. Strong technical background or understanding relevant to the products/industry. Preferred BS in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term profitability and customer retention. Ability to work in a complex, team-oriented environment. Benefits
