Role Summary
Managing customer inquiries and processing orders
Maintaining accurate customer records
Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs
Obtaining vendor pricing and preparing quotations
Assisting with sales presentations and contributing to sales targets
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in sales or customer support preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
