We’re seeking a seasoned

Outside Field Sales Representative

to support and grow our Commercial Roofing division. This role is designed for a true hunter - someone with extensive B2B sales experience who thrives in cold markets, builds their own pipeline, and wants to grow long-term in a high-demand, storm-driven industry. This is a

full-cycle sales role , from cold prospecting to inspection to close. You will not be handed warm leads. Success in this role comes from grit, consistency, and strong relationship-building. What You’ll Do

Generate new commercial roofing opportunities through cold prospecting, including door knocking, calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Profile commercial properties and ownership groups to identify qualified prospects. Run multi-touch outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers over time. Schedule and perform commercial roof inspections. Get on flat commercial roofs using ladders and safely navigate inspection areas. Document findings and communicate next steps clearly to building owners and stakeholders. Build long-term relationships with owners, property managers, and decision-makers. Manage your pipeline, activity, and follow-ups with discipline and organization. Travel frequently to storm-impacted regions and emerging markets. What We’re Looking For

3+ years of B2B sales experience

in a quota-carrying role Strong experience running multi-touch campaigns (calls, door-to-door, email, LinkedIn, etc.) Hunter mentality - comfortable building your own pipeline with no warm leads Experience selling to C-suite executives, owners, and senior decision-makers Highly self-motivated, gritty, and resilient - thrives without micromanagement Organized and process-driven; comfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity Willing and able to travel extensively across states and storm regions When not traveling, able to productively and successfully work from home Fast learner with the ability to operate independently after training Strong objection-handling and professional communication skills Values long-term relationship-building over transactional selling Coachable, accountable, and receptive to feedback Nice to Have but Not Required
