The ideal candidate will be based in the Ohio area. This role is predominately customer-facing, and our ideal candidate would be comfortable in the responsibility of positioning and selling a portfolio of premium low-voltage infrastructure copper/fiber solutions, in addition to In-Building Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems at the End User decision-maker level. Responsibilities
Engage with customers to position and sell a portfolio of premium low-voltage infrastructure copper/fiber solutions, In-Building Wireless, and Distributed Antenna Systems at the End User level. Maintain strong customer relationships and understand customer needs to deliver products, services, and solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer requirements and business goals.
Qualifications
A completed Bachelor’s Degree with 18+ months of proven sales experience. Ability to strategically run large, enterprise accounts and grow the territory. Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to take action with professional interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
