Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Dallas, TX. The Account Manager will build and manage client relationships by serving as the main point of contact for sales, service, and project-related needs. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, developing customized furniture and interior solutions, managing order processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. The successful candidate will uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service to maintain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Customer Relationship Management and Client Service skills
Project Management and Planning expertise, with strong organizational abilities
Knowledge of Contract Furniture, Interior Design, and related industry trends
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
Proficiency in the use of CRM software and other project management tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in sales, account management, or the contract furniture industry is a plus
