Spreetail is seeking a Channel Manager to own marketplace relationships and performance with Temu, Best Buy, and Wayfair, serving as a top partner to each channel and identifying opportunities to scale the business through programs such as promotions, advertising, and content optimization. Responsibilities

Lead the relationship development strategy with Temu, Best Buy, and Wayfair to ensure Spreetail is set up for success and can leverage all channel programs. Coordinate programs across promotions, advertising, reviews, content optimization, shipping speed, and customer experience. Serve as a top partner to channels, identifying ways to scale the business together. Define metrics for success. Work with the Channel Operations team to ensure backend operations are running as they should: customer feedback ratings, shipping metrics, active listings, returns. Qualifications and Experience

Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations with internal and external partners. Strategic and creative thinker, skilled at identifying and defining new business opportunities. Strong focus on operational efficiency; able to follow and improve existing processes and build new ones. Forward-thinking channel management with a clear vision for future trends and evolving markets. Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership and accountability. Deep understanding of retail pricing strategies and their impact on performance. Proficient in building financial models and workflow/process models to support strategic initiatives. Experience in the ecommerce industry with understanding of its challenges and opportunities. Experience collaborating across large, complex organizations. $80,000 - $110,000 per year. Compensation reflects cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year and varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company; depending on the position, equity, sign-on, and other forms of compensation may be provided in addition to benefits.
