The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals through great customer service, exploring new opportunities with existing customers, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing sales coverage by performing the duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Sales Manager to develop the sales budget and forecast

Communication with customers and assisting with the coordination of all sales activities

Processing Customer Orders

Research competitive information and data

Development of sales quotations and product sampling

Follow up on getting feedback from customers on Quotations

Analyze and solve problems for sales individual

Writing meeting minutes/letters/contracts/memos

Managing key accounts, development of new accounts for company and maintaining sales base

Assisting sales personnel with proposals, contracts, job planning

Performing research and presentation projects

Identify and create opportunities for additional revenue and profit within established accounts and also new accounts

Provide feedback to upper management on customer needs and requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience

1-3 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience

Data entry and computer software capabilities

Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
