Role Overview We’re hiring two enthusiastic, results-driven Foodservice Specialists to help customers grow profitable foodservice programs through better product mix, stronger execution, and consistent in-store standards. You’ll build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver practical solutions that drive sales and profitability, while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned foodservice accounts (c-store, deli, grab-n-go, etc.).

Drive revenue growth by improving product mix, merchandising, pricing guidance, and overall foodservice execution.

Use sales data to spot opportunities: new items, conversions, promotions, and repeatable sales wins.

Conduct store/location audits to evaluate standards (freshness, shrink/waste opportunities, merchandising, backroom organization).

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, smooth implementation, and high customer satisfaction.

Identify and pursue new foodservice opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach.

Manage the full cycle from opportunity identification to implementation and follow-up.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in foodservice operations and/or foodservice sales/account management (broadline, c-store, QSR, deli, etc.).

B2B foodservice sales experience is a plus, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to lead productive customer conversations.

Analytical mindset: comfortable using numbers and observations to recommend improvements.

Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel a plus).

Valid Driver’s License, satisfactory MVR, able to pass a drug screen.

$75,000–$85,000 base (depending on experience) + quarterly bonus and program incentives
