General Scope Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Sales Service Professional’s sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Daily Management of the safety, quality, delivery, and inventory of applications at a large key customer
Support and perform standard work as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate weekly and monthly reports, maintain inventory, order materials, equipment uptime
Perform data analysis on program performance.
Assist with customer technical issues, bring any issues to the customers attention and work with area and district managers to put together a plan for corrective action.
Build strong customer relationships
Pursue growth and swap opportunities to maximize customer value.
Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical and Paper strongly preferred)
5+ years of experience working in a paper mill and/or chemical sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
Ability to build client relationships easily
Analytical ability and great problem‑solving skills
Presentation skills and ability to convey product value
High‑level organizational skills for maintaining sales of complex product portfolio
Self‑confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $83,500.00 and $139,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
