Assist customers and service technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate inventory system Manage parts inquiries via phone and in-person with a professional, helpful attitude Distribute parts efficiently and accurately to the service team Collaborate daily with service and sales departments to keep the workflow smooth and productive Qualifications
Prior experience in an automotive parts department is strongly preferred Familiarity with GM parts and Tekion DMS is a bonus (and will make your life easier) Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays Solid understanding of automotive systems and components Benefits
