Handle situations, which may require adaptation of response Assist customers with billing inquiries and educate them on energy usage Record and process commitments on customer's accounts Assist customers with online account and mobile app requests Meet performance metrics and schedule adherence requirements daily Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members Perform other job‑related responsibilities as assigned Who You Are
