We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Recruitment Account Manager

to identify, engage, and place top talent with our clients. This role involves full-cycle recruiting—sourcing, assessing, and presenting candidates for mid-to-senior-level positions. You will work closely with hiring managers, develop strategic recruitment approaches, and play a pivotal role in helping companies build strong leadership teams. What You'll Do

Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates, ensuring all activities and insights are accurately documented in the CRM. Candidate Sourcing:

Identify and engage high-caliber professionals through research, networking, and direct outreach. Candidate Assessment:

Conduct initial conversations to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client needs. Interview & Process Coordination:

Manage interview logistics, prepare candidates, and support offer negotiation to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and present well-matched candidates. Offer Negotiation & Close:

Guide candidates through the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Market Intelligence:

Stay informed on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive hiring practices. What We're Looking For

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Comfortable with conducting a high volume of outreach via cold calling, emails, and others. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. What We Offer
