
About Our Client: We are representing a fast-growing global vape brand with an established presence across Europe, Australia, and the Asia Pacific. With a strong reputation for reliable quality control and advanced vapor technologies, we are now expanding into the United States and seeking a strategic Sales Manager to build long-term partnerships.
Role Positioning: Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is responsible for leading and growing regional sales operations, managing local sales representatives, building distributor & wholesale partnerships, and ensuring sustainable sell-in and sell-through performance. You will drive revenue growth, territory expansion, and channel health within your assigned region (Atlanta, GA / Florida / Michigan).
Core Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Lead regional sales operations, supervise local sales representatives, and develop/execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies. Revenue Management:
Manage sell-in and sell-through targets to ensure revenue achievement. Partnership Building:
Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors at multiple levels. Market Intelligence:
Provide sales reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence for leadership. Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align product positioning and promotions, and support regional launch campaigns. Compliance:
Ensure territory discipline, pricing consistency, and channel protection policies. Salary & Benefits
