Regional Sales Manager BASE SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $125,000 In addition to salary, compensation is augmented by commission. There is a commission paid on all sales from dollar one through territory baseline; with a higher percentage commission offered on all growth over baseline. Lucrative quota achievement bonuses are also included, bringing the average starting comp range to $250,000 - $300,000. Commissions are not capped. Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Manager is a sales leadership position. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for organizing, motivating and leading a team of regional Surgical Sales Consultants. The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their monthly and annual targets. The candidate will have a track record proven leadership abilities (communication, relationship building, training & development, hiring and firing), as well as direct sales experience to manage all aspects of the territory. Essential Functions

Responsible for the supervision of Surgical Sales Consultants within your assigned territory. Responsible for training, developing and mentoring Surgical Sales Consultants within assigned territory. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and development of Surgical Sales Consultants Responsible for traveling within assigned territory and other areas. Responsible for selling and training surgeons on the proper use of LSI product. Responsible for generating monthly reports including forecasts and updates on assigned sales representatives as requested. Responsible for providing assistance with trade show set-up, tear down and product demonstrations. Responsible for assisting with travel preparation (packing list, gathering of materials needed for trip). Responsible for completing and reviewing FERs. Responsible for assisting the National Sales Director on special projects, office organization and activity schedule. Responsible for assisting the National Sales Director and marketing with product campaigns and promotions. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality System procedures. Education & Experience

BS degree in Business or Science field. 5+ Years in the Healthcare Industry 2+ Years management experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office and internet programs Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to individuals with different backgrounds/personalities. Organizational skills and ability to keep accurate records/receipts. Mechanically inclined and ability to demonstrate products in real time scenarios. Presentation skills and ability to present to rooms of up to 30 people. Creative thinking and ability to design immediate solutions without pen & paper. Follow-up to consistently message necessary contacts. Follow-through to deliver results in timely manner. Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of employees while achieving company expectations. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Working consecutive days including weekends when needed. Driving for periods of 3+ hours to get to hospital location for case support. Feeling confident and comfortable in large group settings speaking frequently (Public Speaking).
