Responsibilities
Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
Assists studio manager with retaining current memberships
Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs
Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests
Assists in administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys
Prepare guests records for services
Participate in special events to promote studio
Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)
Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance
Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
Competitive compensation plan with potential to make $11 - $12 per hour plus commission based on performance
Discounted lash extension and brow services including volume upgrades
