The Opportunity
We are seeking a Full-Cycle Account Executive to join our team. You will own the entire sales process from prospecting to start of production. You will research and identify referral partners, conduct face-to-face cold calls to build relationships, nurture those relationships over time, and when opportunities arise, you will be the one who responds, conducts assessments, obtains signatures, and closes the deal. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships, and wants their effort to directly impact their income. What You Will Do
Prospecting & Research (20% of time)
Identify and research target referral partners in your territory (plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, contractors, real estate agents, etc.) Build and maintain prospect lists in our CRM system Monitor for new businesses, personnel changes, and emerging opportunities in your market Outbound Activity & Relationship Building (50% of time)
Conduct face-to-face cold visits to prospective referral partners Schedule and attend relationship-building meetings with existing partners Attend networking events, trade associations, and chamber functions Visit job sites to thank referrers and maintain visibility Represent Edmondson Restoration at community and industry events Closing & Revenue Generation (20% of time)
Respond to referral partner calls for emergency assessments Conduct on-site assessments when needed Obtain emergency work authorizations and signatures Present and close provided estimates (estimating is handled by our team) Coordinate seamless handoff to operations for job execution Administration & Reporting (10% of time)
Document all activities in CRM before end of each day Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast updates Participate in weekly sales meetings and reporting Coordinate with estimating and operations teams as needed Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Comfortable with face-to-face cold calling (walking into businesses unannounced) Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Organized and disciplined enough to manage territory and CRM documentation Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining positive energy Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided after initial period) Professional presence that represents our premium brand Ability to respond to emergency situations with urgency when needed Preferred Qualifications
Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries Existing relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, or property managers in the Rock Hill or Charlotte Metro markets Understanding of water damage, fire damage, or mold remediation Previous outside sales or business development experience CRM experience What We Offer

You will spend most of your time in the field conducting cold calls, meeting with referral partners, and responding to opportunities.
