Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure multifamily partnership opportunities across Lightcurve markets.

Sell both bulk (property‑paid) and retail (resident‑paid) internet services, recommending the optimal model by property.

Deliver tailored property‑specific presentations tied to revenue uplift, tenant satisfaction, and competitive differentiation.

Manage the full contract lifecycle—discovery, proposal, pricing, negotiation, documentation, and close.

Develop business cases that support investment decisions: unit counts, penetration forecasts, and competitive analysis.

Document pipeline, activity, and forecasts with accuracy in Lightcurve’s CRM.

Coordinate cross‑functionally with other Lightcurve teams (Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and resident onboarding.

Represent Lightcurve at property meetings, industry events, and real estate/development association functions.

Maintain strong relationships throughout onboarding, renewal, and portfolio growth, serving as a trusted advisor to ownership and management groups.

Measuring Success

Ensuring projects meet internal ROI requirements

Portfolio penetration and resident adoption at partnered communities.

Market impact—visibility, influence, and repeat business with ownership and management groups.

Execution quality—timely enablement, partner satisfaction, and smooth handoffs to internal teams.

Consistently representing Lightcurve with professionalism and integrity, delivering a positive experience for property partners, residents, and internal teams across all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience preferred (telecom, real estate technology, SaaS, or related verticals).

Demonstrated success selling into layered decision structures (owners, asset managers, property managers, HOAs, and legal/finance stakeholders).

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with executive-level and field-level audiences.

Motivated self-starter capable of managing time, territory, and competing priorities independently.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort building basic financial justification models.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
