What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive new and used vehicle sales volume while maximizing gross
Implement and enforce proven sales processes and accountability
Desk deals, structure transactions, and work closely with lenders
Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and inventory strategy
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance
