Total Compensation Package:
$36,000.00 base salary with commission per each unit sold and vehicle and phone allowance. Potential to earn $100,000.00 +. Sell used trucks, develop client relationships and build dealership reputation. Responsible for truck sales within assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR), through growth and retention of existing customers and obtaining new business. Calling on prospective customers and assigned accounts within assigned territory. Maintains contacts with customers in relation to their requirements; keep current on market and customer trends and documents all activity in the companies CRM system. Identifies and profiles prospective customers, develop and apply strategy to obtain, close potential orders. Face to face meetings to include cold calls minimum 30 per week. Prospecting via phone each minimum 25 calls per week. Use of Social Media to gain sales leads. Meet or exceed sales goals both number of units and gross profit margin. Keeps informed on new products and other general information of interest to customers that will assist in sales efforts. Work with team within Dealership to meet or exceed customer satisfaction. Coordinates efforts with outside parts, service and new and used heavy duty truck sales personnel to achieve growth in Remarketing and all Dealership departments. Writes complete and accurate sales orders, secures deposits and processes paperwork. Appraises used trucks as necessary. Assists with used truck inspection and recondition process. Works with the service department to ensure that trucks are properly reconditioned on schedule. Delivers used trucks, explains used truck warranty, as-is disclosure statement. Introduces customers to service and parts department personnel to emphasize TranSource full offerings to include identifying all the additional locations of within North Carolina. Attend and make sales meetings a priority. Complete all required OEM or TranSource training. Valid drivers license. Valid CDL is preferred, but not required. Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
