Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospects who have already received an estimate from us via phone and email (minimum of 300 outbound calls per week)
Educate prospects on our company and the services we provide
Overcome objections
Compare quotes from other companies
Re-work bids, estimate new work
Close the sale
Help clients pick colors and make digital mock-ups
Help clients meet HOA guidelines for color selection and approval
Offer financing and educate clients about our payment options
Make new sales pitches/marketing emails periodically to stimulate pipeline
Effectively communicate with team members of other departments within the organization
Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 during your first year, $100k+ beyond year 1
Requirements:
At least 1 year of sales experience, phone customer service/account management/inside sales required
Associates/Bachelors’ degree preferred but not required
Previous construction/home improvement experience or knowledge NOT required
Possess and deliver upon our core values
