Position We have an opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team at our Gilbert, AZ facility.
Who You Are The ideal candidate will be an energetic, outgoing self-starter with a drive to meet company goals and their own personal goals. Some key qualifications are:
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Outstanding time management skills
Ability to Multi-task, be organized, and complete assigned duties
Free thinker and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient using Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills
Note: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance
What You Will Do
Greet all customers in a professional manner, assess their needs and offer solutions.
Assist the customers in renting units, understanding their lease agreement, fees and insurance.
Keep the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills.
Ensure the property and units are always customer-ready by cleaning units, sweeping, and removing debris.
Ensure that the property is maintained and appealing to the eye.
Keep office clean and organized.
Maintain all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner.
Balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposits.
The Work Schedule Is Tues-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm
