Dashing Diva is seeking an exceedingly creative, passionate, and hardworking Jr. Digital Designer. The designer will work on a variety of projects, including digital assets, content, visuals, and graphics.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment. Experience in fashion or beauty is a plus.
What You Will Do:
Report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with the Marketing and eCommerce teams to support the execution of digital design deliverables
Assist in the creation and management of retail and eCommerce PDP assets, including packaging and product imagery, while ensuring all retailer-specific requirements and deadlines are met
Design and produce digital assets for social media, website, e-commerce, and paid advertising channels
Assist in creating digital mockups and visual prototypes for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Support the development of hero and supporting digital assets across platforms
Follow established brand guidelines and best practices to ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards
Stay up to date on digital design, social media, and visual trends, and proactively contribute fresh ideas to support consumer engagement
Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 1 year in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field
Extremely proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)
Strong digital visual design and layout skills
Ability to perform basic image retouching
Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceeds working independently but also thrives creatively while working alongside others
Deadline-oriented; proven ability to meet both creative and timing expectations
Ability to present concepts/ideas to senior management
