ISA Certified Arborist
to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
We are a locally owned lawn and tree care company providing expert tree and shrub care programs—including
fertilization, insect and disease identification & treatment, emerald ash borer control, and advanced plant health programs
tailored for our region’s landscapes.
What You’ll Do As our Arborist & Sales Specialist, you will:
Provide expert tree and shrub care services
Assess and develop tailored tree and shrub care plans (fertilization, insect/disease mitigation, plant health treatments).
Perform professional health evaluations and recommend treatment options.
Sell our services with knowledge and confidence
Educate residential and commercial clients on tree health, risk mitigation, and care solutions.
Prepare estimates, present customized maintenance plans, and close sales with professionalism.
Support service delivery in the field
Work collaboratively with our crews to implement care programs.
Stay current with arboricultural best practices, plant health care methods, and industry innovations.
What You Bring
ISA Certified Arborist credential (required)
Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
Knowledge of tree/shrub biology, pests, diseases, and integrated care practices
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
Sales experience in arboriculture/tree care preferred
