Day-to-day Responsibilities This full-time heating and air conditioning service position works a consistent schedule from 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Your day starts with a team huddle, then you diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure homeowners stay comfortable year‑round. You communicate clearly with customers, explain issues, and provide solutions with professionalism and care.
