Senior Coordinator, Partner Designer

to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support the development of visually compelling sales and partnership materials that help drive new business and strengthen existing relationships. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Creative, this role transforms strategic concepts and partnership ideas into polished creative assets—including sales presentations, proposal decks, and recaps—for the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Valley Suns. What You Will Do

Support development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations communicating partnership concepts, strategies, and recaps. Create and maintain branded sales materials, templates, and one-pagers. Translate strategic ideas into visually engaging layouts aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate to refine presentation flow, visual hierarchy, and storytelling. Design and produce assets for proposals, activation mockups, and recaps. Assist in creative concepting for campaigns, giveaways, and internal presentations. Maintain partnership creative asset and template libraries. Support strategic initiatives such as B2B Alliance, AD360, and P15 Studios. Research industry trends to inform new partnership ideas and storytelling. What We Need From Our Senior Coordinator, Partner Designer

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative team player with strong communication skills. Experience in sports, entertainment, media, or agency environments preferred. Experience / Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in creative marketing, visual communications, or presentation design. What You Can Expect
