Responsibilities
Communicate with overseas channel partners to establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships and achieve sales targets. Stay informed about overseas channel market trends, conduct market analysis and research, and develop sales plans and strategies to ensure sales performance. Participate in the development and maintenance of the channel sales team, assisting team members in expanding overseas markets and growing the business to collectively achieve sales targets. Follow up on product and service needs of channel partners, promptly provide solutions, and facilitate product sales. Monitor and analyze the channel sales process, gather competitor information, identify sales opportunities, and provide feedback on market changes and customer needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with long-term legal work authorization and a valid driver’s license in the United States. Professional background in the vaping industry, with experience in U.S. CBD/vape channel sales. Preferred candidates will have existing resources in channels such as supermarkets, tobacco, e-commerce, and MD. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong consulting abilities to establish and maintain effective communication and cooperative relationships with channel partners. Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including negotiation, relationship building, and business development. Proven sales performance and customer service capabilities. Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Skilled in using office software and sales systems, with a solid grasp of basic sales tools and methodologies. Strong team collaboration spirit and sense of responsibility, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure business environment.
