
Ecommerce Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated, initiative-taking, analytical yet creative person with experience in fashion eCommerce & knowledge of current fashion trends to join our growing eCommerce team.
As an eCommerce Associate you will be working closely with both Citizens of Humanity and AGOLDE Merchandising Managers to support day-to-day eCommerce operations. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, gaining exposure to multiple departments while supporting the eCommerce team with daily website maintenance and assisting in product and campaign launches. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn and expand your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to manage the daily operations of both Citizens of Humanity and AGOLDE websites while targeting site conversion and revenue goals. Assist with Merchandising Managers to uphold merchandising presentation strategy, site conversion, customer experience, and marketing highlights. Create, edit, and maintain product copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across the site Ensure accuracy all product descriptions include key information such as fit, fabrication, care, sizing details, and country of origin Assist with product uploads, this includes merchandising key category pages while working with cross-functional partners to gather product features, garment care, fit notes, and product descriptions. Ensure products are launched to site in a timely manner based on delivery date and marketing initiatives. Prepare eCommerce reports to share cross-functionally, including sales KPIs, style selling, summaries on new product launches and product demand signals like waitlist and pre-order. Leverage analytics and reporting tools to implement on-site merchandising strategies that drive conversion. Create and maintain Shopify tags and metadata to optimize SEO performance and improve site taxonomy. Learn and utilize the company’s ERP system to monitor inventory levels, availability, and product status Partner with Operations and Merchandising teams to help resolve inventory discrepancies. Conduct site audits to ensure product data accuracy and quality, and own the resolution of any identified issues. Review both sites regularly, assist in identifying and facilitating resolution of website issues/bugs in partnership with the Web Developer. Track on-site search terms to continually optimize and improve search to reflect latest product launches and customer queries. Collaborate with the Photo Studio & Digital Marketing team to ensure all products and brand assets are shot and received in a timely manner. Assist the team with monthly marketing calendar that supports site-merchandising plan. This entails email concepts and homepage rotations Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 1+ year's relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Shopify experience required. Experience using Google Analytics. Experience with inventory management/ERP system is a plus Knowledge of Ship Station, Klaviyo, GlobalE, Meta is a plus Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel. Knowledge of basic Excel formulas is required. Basic understanding of key eCommerce & digital metrics (CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate etc.). Quick to learn new systems and platforms. Strong problem-solving, creative thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Highly detail oriented and excited to learn and grow.
