Travel Required : 5% (OKC Metro areas)

About the Role Comfort Wave partners with Home Depot to provide customers with Heating and Cooling solutions, including replacements, tune-ups, and maintenance. As a

Business Development Representative , you’ll engage with Home Depot customers through friendly, open conversations to identify potential needs and connect them with Comfort Wave’s services.

What Will I Do?

Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s image with Home Depot.

Communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services.

Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.

Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers, and generate leads for sales appointments.

Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and key management personnel.

Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.

Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.

Attend required meetings and training courses.

Ability to manage emotions when faced with rejection.

Ability to move conversations toward a decision and ask for appointment commitments.

Able to stand and/or walk for 4-8 hours at a time.

Comfortable using a smartphone for apps, email, and text.

Ability to work weekends.
