Overview

As a Regional Property Manager for a portfolio of multifamily properties, you are responsible for the success of your region by achieving weekly and monthly operational and financial objectives set by the asset management team through effective management of each property’s on-site team. The How…

Using your ten-plus years of multifamily property management experience supervising others, you will manage a team of management, leasing and maintenance professionals to provide exceptional service and support to our residents, employees, and vendors. You enjoy building exceptional teams! You lead recruiting efforts with on-site and corporate management to ensure the property is adequately staffed—using the company’s applicant tracking system and traditional recruiting methods to fill vacancies and replace poor performers with qualified talent. You are passionate about property management and love to learn and teach others. You are hands-on, regularly visiting each site to mentor managers and their teams to perform at their best. Further, you know that by being on the ground daily, you stay up-to-date on competitors and know how to build a deep understanding of the nuances of the region’s markets and submarkets to increase leasing activities and attract high-quality talent to fill open positions at the property. You aren’t afraid to engage in difficult conversations with employees and residents, hearing their concerns and issues and seeking to understand and find a resolution. For staff, this may mean working with corporate management to manage performance or potentially terminating employment. Your keen eye for detail is essential for prioritizing work and ensuring that each property always looks its best and operates at its peak. As a leader, you will work with employees to ensure they are paid accurately each pay period and that each asset complies with all applicable regulations. You will use your experience with multifamily property management software such as Entrata, Nexus, and Excel to drive revenue, ensuring competitive rental rates at leasing, accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and timely rent collection each month for each property. You enjoy communicating with various organizational stakeholders to ensure operational issues are addressed promptly. You look to positively impact people’s lives by providing current and future residents with a stress-free and informed rental experience. Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect for engaging every person who walks through the office door. The Details…
