The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. Salary Range: $63,900.00 - $95,900.00. Purpose Statement

Manages the operational aspects of the company’s global mobility program. This role is responsible for immigration compliance, relocation support, assignment planning, and ensuring a seamless experience for mobile employees. Key Job Accountabilities

Global Mobility Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax) to design and maintain mobility programs that align with business objectives and support cross-functional projects. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to domestic and international immigration laws, tax regulations, and internal policies through diligent oversight of assignments and relocations. End-to-End Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations and external vendor relationships, including the creation of critical assignment documentation, cost estimates, and offer letters. Employee & Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance on global mobility policies, relocation services, and assignment lifecycles. Process Optimization & Scaling: Develop comprehensive process guides and establish scalable, repeatable workflows to improve efficiency and support the growth of the Global Mobility function. Education/Experience Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience. 2 or more years of global mobility experience either in-house or as a service provider preferred. Global Mobility or Human Resources credential preferred (e.g. GMS, CRP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP). Other Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge of global mobility processes, international tax, immigration regulations, and vendor management. Strong continuous improvement mindset. Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across cultures and across all levels of the organization. Experience supporting multiple regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas). Physical Requirements

Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements. Travel Requirements
