We are seeking a

Hybrid BDR & Field Marketing Representative

to help scale a high-impact, marketing-owned lead engagement and qualification function. This role was created following a successful pilot program and sits at the intersection of field marketing, lifecycle engagement, and CRM operations. You will be the

first human touchpoint

for qualified, marketing-sourced prospects—originating from events, webinars, partnerships, referrals, and patient-driven interest. This is

not a traditional sales role . You will not carry a quota or manage a closing pipeline. Instead, your focus is on nurturing interest, qualifying fit and readiness, and handing off truly sales-ready opportunities to our Sales team—cleanly, thoughtfully, and at the right time. In addition, you will represent Vibrant Wellness at select industry events and play a meaningful role in maintaining data quality, reporting, and lead flow inside HubSpot. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys working across people, process, and systems—and wants to help build something durable. What You Will Do

Lead Engagement & Qualification

Engage marketing-sourced leads from webinars, events, referrals, influencer partnerships, and campaigns Conduct early-stage outreach via email, phone, SMS and social Qualify interest, intent, and fit, progressing leads through the marketing funnel until they are sales-ready Execute clean, well-documented handoffs to Sales Field Marketing & Events

Represent Vibrant Wellness at industry conferences and events (~2x per quarter) Deliver clear product overviews and articulate our core differentiators to providers Capture qualitative insights from the field and share learnings with Marketing and Sales to inform future campaigns HubSpot CRM Ownership

Maintain accurate, enriched, and well-segmented lead data Improve field structure, workflows, automation, and lead routing logic Build dashboards and reports to track lead quality, conversion, and performance Use a mix of AI tools and manual review to vet leads and optimize workflows Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales while respecting ownership boundaries Work alongside Marketing Operations to refine systems and lead flow Report into Marketing with transparency and alignment across Sales leadership Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. What We Need for This Role

2+ years of experience in a BDR, sales support, field marketing, or revenue operations role Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, custom objects, and reporting Familiarity with integrative, functional, or holistic health (strong plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in both written and live conversations Demonstrated ownership, follow-through, and comfort working independently Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Self-starter mindset with a balance of coachability and accountability Must be based in Austin, TX, with the abili Core Values
