non-preferential origin determinations and issue or validate Certificates of Origin Maintain and a udit origin documentation, supplier affidavits, and long-term supplier declarations Partner with
sourcing, engineering, procurement, and suppliers to gather accurate manufacturing and origin data Ensure compliance with
import/export regulations, customs valuation, marking, and labeling requirements Monitor changes in
global trade
regulations and assess impact to
COO , duty exposure, and supply chain strategy Support customs audits, prior disclosures, and internal compliance reviews Manage duty
savings initiatives including FTA qualification, duty drawback, and tariff mitigation strategies Provide guidance on
COO
and trade compliance to internal stakeholders and global partners Maintain trade compliance systems and databases to ensure accurate reporting and traceability Resolve customs issues related to origin disputes, verifications, or requests for information
