
Marketing Specialist
Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, Phoenix, Arizona, United States, 85003
Supports a multitude of marketing and communications initiatives for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. This includes department project coordination and logistics support. May support in project activation, digital content creation, social media monitoring, signage and production facilitation and public relations logistics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides day-to-day logistics support for marketing department campaigns and projects, and may provide support for communications and events needs.
Supports content development for owned media channels including e-mail, social media, and internal informational employee content as needed.
Supports with updating websites, Google reviews, and other digital maintenance.
Provides operational support for Sr. Production Manager in signage, interior design, and on-site evaluations.
In partnership with team leadership, gathers insights for reports and presentations of marketing performance.
Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another related field preferred.
Must have 2-3 years’ experience working in a marketing or communications function. High volume employer (1,500+ employees) preferred.
Proven ability to be analytical and handle data effectively.
Strong desire to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with department leaders and peers.
Ability to track, manage, and prioritize tasks.
Experience with social media insights management, and e-mail software platforms (Mailchimp) strongly preferred.
Proficient working within digital project management software (i.e. Asana, Monday, Trello).
Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in WordPress.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
