Position Summary The Media Coordinator is responsible for leading all video services for the Marketing Department, serving as the primary creator, producer, and manager of video content across the organization. This role owns the full video lifecycle, from concept development to filming, editing, and final production, supporting both corporate initiatives and individual sales team members.
This position requires a highly creative, self-directed professional who is comfortable working in the field, traveling weekly to branch locations, and collaborating directly with sales teams to capture authentic, engaging content. In addition to long-form videos, the Media Coordinator will manage short-form social video content, including reels, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling across platforms.
Key Responsibilities Video Production & Creative Development
Lead all video services for the organization, including corporate, recruiting, branding, training, and individual sales team videos
Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and brand standards
Plan, film, edit, and produce high-quality video content from start to finish
Maintain consistent visual style, tone, and messaging across all video assets
Field & Sales Team Collaboration
Travel weekly to branch locations to capture video content, events, team features, and local initiatives
Work closely with the sales team to create personalized video content for individual loan officers and branches
Actively participate in branch events, community outreach, and internal initiatives to capture real-time content
Serve as a trusted creative partner to sales leaders and branch teams
Social Media Video & Channel Management
Create, edit, and manage short-form video content for social platforms, including reels and platform-specific formats
Manage and maintain the company’s TikTok and YouTube accounts, including content planning, posting, and optimization
Stay current on video trends, platform best practices, and emerging formats to drive engagement and visibility
Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with broader social and digital strategies
Production Management & Organization
Manage video assets, footage libraries, and project timelines
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
Assist in developing repeatable video processes and content frameworks for scalability
Maintain equipment, software, and production tools
Requirements Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in video production, filming, and editing
Strong creative storytelling skills and ability to develop content ideas independently
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
Experience creating content for social media platforms, especially short-form video
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work directly with sales professionals and leadership
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Willingness and ability to travel weekly to branch locations
Preferred Experience
2–4+ years of hands-on video production experience, including filming and editing
Proven experience managing projects from concept through final delivery
Experience creating both long-form and short-form video content
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating video production and editing skills
Experience managing or contributing to TikTok and YouTube brand accounts
Familiarity with mortgage, financial services, or sales-driven organizations
Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics for video content
