Overview
Marketing Events Coordinator
for One and Done Bath Solutions, one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. Our goal is to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures, enriching the lives of those we touch. This position is in the Fort Wayne, IN market.
Responsibilities
Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
Negotiate contracts with event vendors
Book an annual calendar of events and shows
Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
Schedule demonstrators to work events
Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the events and shows
Collect contest entries
Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation
Measure and report results
Qualifications
Strong communications skills
Positive, outgoing personality
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to coach, train and motivate others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Must be available to work weekends
