Role Overview You’ll be the backbone of our office, juggling administrative, operational, and marketing tasks to keep our hospice and home-health services running smoothly. From managing house referral calls to producing eye-catching collateral and collaborating on new-hire onboarding, you’ll ensure every detail is handled with care.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support:
Update daily admission reports for hospice referrals and prepare for pending call reviews
Serve as backup for Home Health / Palliative & Hospice AM pending call sessions and status updates
Manage in-house account follow-ups, welcome calls to patients
Answer calls, process requests and other ad hoc inquiries
Coordinate building maintenance requests and general office upkeep
Prepare conference rooms, binders, mailings, and meeting materials
Inventory & Logistics:
Stock, organize, and maintain inventory of scrubs, marketing jackets/polo shirts, team snacks, and coffee
Order office supplies, marketing supplies (pens, pads, folders, brochures, branded giveaways)
Assemble goody bags, campaign bundles, event lunches
Marketing Coordination:
Create and maintain all marketing collateral: flyers, cards, brochures, digital assets
Manage social media presence—launch and oversee Facebook, Instagram, YouTube channels
Produce weekly marketing metrics and performance reports
Assist marketing team with referral-generation efforts and collateral distribution
Maintain “Screen Cloud” digital signage in collaboration with other branch coordinators
Onboarding & Team Support:
Collaborate with HR to provide new-hire kits: badges, business cards, phones, welcome goody bags
Support team celebrations
Qualifications Must-Haves:
2+ years in an administrative or marketing support role (healthcare experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Graphic design skills
Confidence managing social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
Associates or Bachelors degree
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with hospice or home-health operations
Experience using digital signage (e.g., Screen Cloud)
Experience in Photoshop
Basic video editing or content creation skills
