Position Summary We are looking for an experienced commercial roofing service foreman in Charleston NC. Pay starting depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing (BUR), and low-slope metal.
Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
Able to work well in a team setting.
Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60 ft and being on a roof.
Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license.
Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Authorized to work in the United States.
