
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented
Social Media & Content Producer
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a film or media background who has a strong eye for aesthetics and enjoys both planning and hands-on production. Ideal Background
Graduate of a film school (preferred): Chapman, LMU, USC, UCLA Focus in producing, basic cinematography, or directing Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and able to multitask Social media–savvy with a strong understanding of current platforms, trends, and formats Portfolio : Not required, but highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Production
Plan and produce social media content with a strong aesthetic sense Support in-house commercial shoots (including basic DIT work) Assist with shooting content (DSLR experience is a big plus) Social Media Management
Post and schedule content across social platforms Reply to comments and DMs Engage with influencers and brands Monitor account health and performance Analyze content performance and prepare regular reports (insights, learnings, recommendations) Proactively research, source, and reach out to influencers and potential brand partners Manage outreach communication, negotiations, and deal coordination Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and partner brands What We’re Looking For
Strong overall visual taste and aesthetic judgment Highly social media-savvy, with hands-on experience managing platforms like
Instagram and TikTok Excellent communication skills - comfortable coordinating with internal teams, creators, influencers, and brand partners Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Salary Range: $23–$30/hour, depending on experience and skill set PTO accrual Employee discounts on products Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for career growth and development
