Job Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who will manage, build, maintain, and optimize our websites and third-party integrations. This is an execution-heavy role responsible for updating web pages, implementing tracking, troubleshooting data flows, managing digital forms, and ensuring all systems communicate correctly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable working directly inside CMS tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in office at the corporate headquarters in Irving, TX.
Day-to-Day
Manage the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all websites built in Optimizely CMS (v12 or higher).
Own project timelines, requirements, and stakeholder communication for site updates, enhancements, and new builds.
Build, integrate, troubleshoot, and QA all digital forms, lead flows, and tracking (GA4 events, UTMs, pixels, tags) to ensure accurate data capture and seamless routing into CRM and marketing systems.
Execute ongoing feature enhancements, templates, and component updates requested by marketing and operations.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot all third-party integrations—including CRM, booking engines, marketing automation, analytics tools, and lead-generation partners—while managing API keys, webhooks, and configuration updates, and coordinating with IT or vendors as needed.
Implement Optimizely Data Platform personalization, tagging, and audience segmentation strategies across 150+ websites.
Support CRM, analytics, and marketing automation integrations to ensure accurate and complete lead flow and reporting.
Conduct regular QA testing to identify, document, and resolve functional or UX issues across digital properties.
Monitor site analytics, SEO performance, and conversion metrics; recommend and implement optimizations to improve results.
About You Experience & Technical Skills
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or marketing operations
Hands-on experience working in a CMS platform (Optimizely/ Episerver preferred)
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, event tracking, UTMs, tagging, and digital analytics
Experience setting up and troubleshooting website forms, lead flows, and data integrations
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third‑party integrations
Basic understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, site structure, and on-page optimization
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor site fixes and QA
Ability to read and troubleshoot data flows between marketing systems (e.g., form → CRM → automation platform)
Soft Skills & Work Style
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process‑driven
Strong problem‑solving skills with a curiosity for technical troubleshooting
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and external vendors
Ability to execute hands-on work with limited oversight
Enjoys digging into systems, testing, and optimizing digital journeys
