
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Representative for an onsite role with an outstanding Tulsa employer! This is a full-time business to business position with a large organization that offers opportunities for advancement.
About the Role
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Analyze customer billing and credit issues and assist in resolving any concerns. Communicate effectively with customer via phone and email. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating a genuine desire to help. Following up on overdue accounts. Qualifications
1+ years experience in customer service, business to business collections, or account management (This is not a sales role). Bachelor's degree in a business related field required.
