Overview
Our Company
Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences. We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
The Opportunity
Adobe Digital Insights is expanding its mission: deliver engaging, timely, sharp, relevant, and digestible insights that matter to people who use Adobe products—and do it at massive scale. We’re looking for an ambitious leader who blends editorial excellence with AI proficiency to build the next generation of Adobe’s insights engine.
You’ll partner with world‑class data scientists and writers to compose original, high‑impact content that reaches millions of customers and influences the broader digital economy. ADI anchors Adobe’s thought leadership in creativity, productivity, and the digital economy, with a track record of broad brand impact and deep executive and customer engagement. We benefit from access to Adobe product signals (e.g., Firefly and Acrobat GenAI) that help surface emerging patterns in creative behavior and work acceleration—your programs will build on this advantage.
What You’ll Do
Vision & strategy. Define and operationalize a multi‑quarter strategy for AI‑powered insight creation that scales across Adobe surfaces (web, product, social, PR) and aligns to ADI’s core narratives (creativity, productivity, digital economy).
Editorial leadership at scale. Build and lead a distributed newsroom of storytellers—producers, editors, analysts, and designers—setting the bar for rigor, speed, and clarity.
AI systems & workflows. Architect human‑plus‑AI pipelines (prompt libraries, retrieval‑augmented generation, agent orchestration) that transform raw signals into trustworthy, publish‑ready stories—fast.
Data science partnership. Co‑develop methodologies alongside data scientists (sampling, feature engineering, QA) to ensure insights are statistically sound, reproducible, and explainable.
Distribution & amplification. Partner with PR/Comms, Corporate & Product Marketing, Web, and Social to package insights for each channel; grow repeatable moments (e.g., quarterly indices, “explainer” series, instant trend briefs).
Governance & trust. Establish editorial standards for accuracy, voice, transparency and messaging structure.
What You Need To Succeed
Storytelling mastery. 10+ years leading high‑stakes editorial or insights programs (newsrooms, research organizations, thought leadership) and a portfolio that shows clarity, narrative arc, and taste.
Leadership of storytellers. 5+ years building teams and cultures that ship high‑quality content at speed; proven ability to mentor writers/analysts/designers.
AI fluency. Hands‑on experience using LLMs and generative AI to augment research and content (prompt design, agent orchestration, RAG, evaluation); you know when to trust, verify, or edit.
Data partnership chops. Comfortable working side‑by‑side with data scientists and engineers (metrics, experiment design, QA).
Operational excellence. Strong program management and editorial operations discipline—prioritization, resourcing, SLAs, and retros that keep a complex machine humming.
Adobe ecosystem awareness. Familiarity with Adobe’s products and communities (e.g., Creative Cloud, Firefly, Acrobat, Experience Cloud) and how customers derive value from them.
