About Trilogy Health Services Job Description Summary

The Executive Assistant role provides executive support and coordinates projects across the company. Specifically, the position is responsible for providing personal administrative assistance to the Executive Officer during campus rounding travels. The duties may include drafting communications, completing follow-up activities, and/or driving.

Role and Responsibilities

Schedule appointments, maintain and update executives’ daily calendar

Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports

Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive behalf

Organize meetings, including scheduling, send reminders, and organize catering when necessary

Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly

Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment

Process invoices

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Four (4) year degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent from an accredited college or university

Five (5) to seven (7) years supporting C-suite level

Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred

Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus
