Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for
owning the planning, execution, and optimization of Besty’s in-person marketing activations , with a heavy emphasis on owning end-to-end the trade shows and conferences.
This role is highly executional and ownership-driven. You will be responsible for taking activations from concept to completion, including booth design, vendor coordination, marketing materials, shipping logistics, on-site execution, and post-event analysis. This is an opportunity for an early-career marketer to have outsized impact on high-visibility brand moments.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Shows & Conferences:
Own the end-to-end execution of trade show and conference activations, from ideation and design through on-site execution and teardown.
Booth & Activation Design:
Coordinate booth layouts, signage, printed materials, swag, and experiential elements. Work closely with external designers, printers, and fabricators to bring activations to life.
Logistics & Operations:
Manage all logistics including production timelines, budgets, shipping, storage, vendor coordination, and on-site setup. Ensure flawless execution under tight deadlines.
Marketing Materials:
Develop and maintain all physical marketing collateral including one-pagers, banners, signage, handouts, and branded assets used at events.
Vendor Management:
Source, manage, and own relationships with designers, production partners, shipping vendors, and event organizers.
ROI & Reporting:
Track performance of events and activations. Assist in post-event reporting, ROI analysis, and documentation to inform future investments.
Process & Playbooks:
Build repeatable internal processes and playbooks for trade shows and in-person marketing to improve speed and execution quality over time.
Special Projects:
Step in to own high-priority marketing initiatives and “whatever’s needed” projects across brand, partnerships, and growth efforts.
Professional Qualifications An ideal candidate will be someone who has:
1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably at a startup or fast-paced organization.
Direct experience owning trade show or conference activations end-to-end, including design coordination, production, and logistics.
Experience working with designers and external vendors to produce physical marketing assets.
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
A bias toward ownership and execution and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes.
