About The Role You are the architect and operator of Swish’s content presence. As Manager, Social & Content, you own our social strategy and help shape how Swish’s content shows up everywhere. You decide what matters, when it ships, and how it lands across TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, X, and other content surfaces—turning live streams, breakers, athletes, collectors, and cultural moments into content that actually hits. You lead a small, hungry team, set the editorial POV, and work closely with creators, athletes, and internal partners to integrate Swish naturally into their worlds. Responsibilities
Own Swish’s social strategy and execution, running the full social engine across TikTok, IG, Shorts, and X
Set the editorial POV and calendar, programming content around live streams, big hits, drops, creators, athletes, and cultural moments
Lead and level up a team of social producers, building fast, repeatable workflows for clipping, editing, posting, and community engagement
Collaborate with creators, influencers, and athletes, embedding Swish naturally into content that feels authentic and culture-native
Use analytics and AI tools to win, tracking performance, testing formats, and evolving playbooks without losing taste
Partner across Brand, Creative, Production, CRM, and Growth, ensuring social amplifies tentpoles and drives real business impact
Build a high-performance team culture, with clear standards, accountability, and growth paths
Experience & Qualifications
6–10+ years running social media for a creator-forward brand, sports/media company, or high-velocity startup
Proven ability to own social strategy and ship daily content at speed
Experience managing a small but mighty social/content team
Elite instincts around hooks, pacing, packaging, and platform-native storytelling
Deep fluency in TikTok, IG, and Shorts—you understand retention, watch time, and why things blow up
Comfort ideating with creators, influencers, and athletes—you know what feels natural vs forced
Strong systems thinking - you build repeatable workflows, not chaos
Data-literate and AI-literate - you use tools to scale output, not replace taste
Thrives in a live-commerce, real-time environment where timing is everything
Bonus Points
Experience in live shopping, creator marketplaces, ecommerce, sports, and/or TCG
