Do you want to play a key role in planning and executing iCasino marketing – from weekly game launches to always on customer communication? We are seeking a Marketing Planner, iCasino to join our Betting and iCasino unit in the Sales & Marketing organization. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing iCasino marketing activities, with a strong focus on our owned channels (site, app, CRM) – and preparing us for a broader, multi‑channel marketing landscape when the Finnish license market opens in 2027. You will work closely with product owners, CRM, performance marketing, brand and creative teams to ensure that our iCasino portfolio – especially new games and key existing titles – is visible, relevant, and commercially successful. You will thrive in this position if you have Responsibilities Plan and execute iCasino marketing campaigns and always on activities, aligned with commercial targets and annual plans. Own the marketing planning for iCasino game launches: concept and brief, coordination of creative and content production, orchestration of go-live and content updates in owned channels. Design and develop landing pages and user flows with a focus on conversion and UX – from brief to publishing in our CMS. Use first party data to build and refine audience segments, and plan targeted messaging and content for different customer groups in owned channels (web, app, CRM). Produce and/or brief copy for our owned channels (e.g. game highlights, campaign content, landing pages, CRM messages) ensuring clear, engaging, and responsible communication. Coordinate marketing materials and content production with internal teams and external partners (e.g. studios, agencies) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with SEO and media/SEA specialists to ensure basic search visibility and alignment of onsite content with paid activities. Monitor performance of iCasino marketing activities, interpret results, and propose concrete actions to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue. Contribute to continuous development of iCasino marketing practices, tools and processes, especially in view of the upcoming open license market (e.g. readiness for multichannel campaigns). You will thrive in this position if you have An open minded, growth oriented mindset and a hands-on, “get things done” attitude. 2–4 years of experience in content production and marketing, growth/online business, or agency/scale up environments, working in a fast paced setting. Practical experience in: landing page, conversion and UX planning and production, using a CMS to build and update pages and content, coordinating marketing materials and content production creating visuals Strong skills in using first party data and customer insights for: audience planning and segmentation, planning targeted communication for different segments. Understanding SEO and SEA and how content, structure and messaging impact search performance (you don’t need to be a deep specialist, but you know how to collaborate with one). Ability to write clear, engaging, and channel appropriate copy for owned channels, with attention to brand tone of voice and responsible gaming communication. Analytical, test and learn approach: you are comfortable looking at data, dashboards and reports, and turning findings into concrete improvements for campaigns, content, and UX. Strong collaboration and project management skills – you can keep multiple threads moving, prioritize, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders. Good communication skills in English; Finnish is an advantage. Considered an advantage Experience from iGaming, online casinos, sports betting, mobile games, or other subscription/transaction-driven D2C businesses. Background from a scale‑up or digital/creative/CRM agency. Experience working closely with CRM, marketing automation, and/or personalization tools.
